NEW REVIEW - Case for Hammond Suzuki XK-1

PS- The handles are poorly placed if you want to carry this case like a briefcase. They are on opposite ends of the case and are on opposites sides- one on the lid side and one on the bottom side. This is probably good for weight distribution on a 2 man carry. Most keyboards bigger than a 61 require 2 people. I have an SKB 88 note case that has a briefcase type handle, but with a Triton Studio 88 in it that handle is pretty much useless. I would have liked these offset handles on that 88 note case. It does have a handle on the end opposite the wheels. Once again- the wheels are a blessing on this case.

NEW REVIEW - Case for Hammond Suzuki XK-1

This is a well make case. The wheels and latches are great. If you have to schlep a fairly heavy 76 note machine around the wheels are a blessing. I bought it as a case for a Hammond Suzuki XK-1. The Hammond fits with a lot of room to spare, so the velcro straps come in real handy, otherwise it would flop around. It is probably more suited for a standard 76 note keyboard. To get something that fits like a glove for the Hammond would probably be more of a custom order and would probably cost more, so if you are looking for something cost effective that will do the job, I recommend this case. It doesn't have the extra "bumpers" on the corners and sides like an SKB but this can be a blessing if you are short on space for transporting. The cushioning on the inside is very firm and covered in cloth so the finish of the keyboard shouldn't get damaged. Empty it is quite light weight. The latches don't lock like an SKG keyboard case, they are the rotating kind like on a rack case. All in all, a fairly good buy.

On the real guys this product is pretty good but thats only if you like rolling in style where ever you go But yea this product is good.
