Even more portable with its smaller, lighter construction.

The Gallien-Krueger Neo 115-III is a bass cab built to deliver silky-smooth, solid tone—and now it's even more portable with a reduced weight of 40 pounds and smaller dimensions. This compact, roadworthy front-ported cabinet is loaded with a custom-designed, cast-frame 15" neodymium speaker. Neodymium speakers are lighter than traditional speakers, but deliver the same robust performance. Tuned for a consistent response from top to bottom, there is plenty of definition in the highs and mids, coupled with a fat low-end. The bass cabinet also features GK's bi-amp system; Speakon-style and 1/4" connectors; 300W power handling; rugged poplar construction; Tolex covering; reinforced, interlocking corners; and 16-gauge steel grille.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

  • Lightwright, old-school sounding cab

As reviewed by hd on 12/24/2009

I love this cab. Lightweight, loud and sounds open yet deep, but not too deep, just like a 15-incher should. When used with a P-bass, it's punchy and great for rock. I hooked it up to a MarkBass head, and it needed NO tone adjustments. There is a tweeter, but it doesn't override the speaker. The cab just really delivers the tone. It's nothing like a 10-incher, meaning it's not heavy to move, nor is the sound thick and over-tone laden. Just clear bass tone with well-defined mids and upper-mids. I love this cab!

  • tight bass

As reviewed by Poor Devil on 11/6/2010

I am a keyboard player and I wasn't satisfied with my speaker set-up; two p.a, speakers each with a 12 inch speaker and a horn. Light enough but not enough bottom end. Add a sub-woofer? Too heavy. After research I decided on the Neo 115 and now I have a full sound and my back ain't broke. It was worth waiting for.
