In-ear wireless monitoring system on a budget.
The AS-1800 Any Spot wireless personal monitor system consists of an AS-1800T transmitter along with 1 AS-1800R receiver 1 set of EB3 earbuds. These are Galaxy Audio's entry-level earbuds. and are appropriate for working bands. The AS-1800 system puts pro quality in-ear on-stage monitoring in the hands of bands and musicians who have to keep technical improvements within a reasonable budget.
One very important aspect of the AS-1800 System is the Mixed Mono feature. With Mixed Mono the performers can have their vocals in Input 1 and the band mix in Input 2 and adjust the volume of each independently to create their own personal mix, or you can send two different monitor mixes from the board so each performer can decide which mix they want to hear on their belt pack.
A lot has happened in professional sound reinforcement both in terms of front-of-house sound and in terms of what the performers hear. One of the most significant developments in the last decade has been the quality and affordability of in-ear systems. Attention to hearing protection and an awareness of the critical role on-stage monitoring plays in the quality of an entertainer's performance have been a driving force in the research and manufacturing at Galaxy Audio.
