CONSUMER ALERT

Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system. Nevertheless, operating this microphone system without a license is subject to certain restrictions: the system may not cause harmful interference; it must operate at a low power level (not in excess of 50 milliwatts); and it has no protection from interference received from any other device. Purchasers should also be aware that the FCC is currently evaluating use of wireless microphone systems, and these rules are subject to change. For more information, call the FCC at 1-888-CALL-FCC (TTY: 1-888-TELL-FCC) or visit the FCCs wireless microphone website at http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/wirelessmicrophones.

Hear your monitor mix perfectly in any spot.

In-ear personal monitors are effective at eliminating stage noise, protecting users ears from damage, allowing the user to move around a stage or audience and continue to hear, and eliminate feedback.

The AS-1000R true diversity receiver has two antennas that seek the signal from the transmitter individually for fewer dropouts than a non-diversity system. In the rare event of a dropout, the 'Auto-Mute' feature kicks in to prevent intermittent static from going into your ears.

The ANY SPOT is a great alternative for performers who are tired of lugging around heavy and bulky floor monitors and tired of leaving a gig with ringing ears. The ANY SPOT allows you to move freely around the stage or audience and continue to hear the monitor mix.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

  • Best buy for the money!!

As reviewed by acooldrummer on 2/11/2011

Ok, I'm the average, run-of-the-mill reviewer of this item. I play drums live 2-3 times a month, like most of the masses, and don't have a record deal , I don't get paid or get free gear for reviewing an item, so when I decided to post this, I'm giving a "real-world" experience with these in-ear monitors. Let's be real, I bought them because they were the least expensive of any in-ear rigs out there. I had used Galaxy's Hot Spots before, and found them to be pretty reliable and had sound quality that was above what I had expected from this price level, so I decided to try out the whole system. First things first, they DO NOT sound as good as the Shure system, but remember, you're not paying over 800 bucks for a single set of in-ear monitors, either. Galaxy at one point offered the transmitter and 2 body packs in a system pack for $499,( I think they've stopped selling them that way) so I bought that. Never have I been happier both with price and quality, right out of the box at a show, easy set-up, pretty good battery life and good sound quality, plus hey, no more monitor feedback and lugging around extra power amps and cabs, either!! Soooooo, each of the band members bought themselves a reciever body pack, and we haven't looked back since!! OK, pros and cons time!! Pros: Great price, pretty good reliability for us 2-3 gigs a month bands (the ones who REALLY spend money at GC), sound quality fairly good at this price, easy set-up and mix. Cons: Belt clips on body packs are not very heavy duty, I made some small modifications to them to keep them in place, they have a tendency to pop loose. Ear buds are a bit of a poor fit and actually, a decent set of Sony ear buds for around 40 bucks will make a decent sound into terrific sound!! Another con would be the lack of any kind of carrying case available, I made my own road case out of an old 6 mic SKB carrier with some readily available foam and some scissors!! All in all, your band will be ETERNALLY grateful for being able to hear the mix WAY better and not hauling extra gear!!

  • Buy it for twice the price!

As reviewed by Jeffrey Lackey on 1/3/2009

I have performed with Question Mark of the Mysterians and Jeff Healey. I have toured internationally to Japan and South Korea. I have used the original "Hot Spot" monitors in the 1970's. I now perform nearly 100 shows a year with a band in Oregon called Lavender Blue, which was the opening band for Multi-Platinum recording artist Colin Raye at the 2000 BRITT outdoor music festival in Jacksonville, Oregon. Tonight, New Years Eve 2009, I have now used the Any Spot 1000 for the first time in a live performance and I have ordered 3 more receivers, by request of my fellow band members, after letting them try out my new system, each during a live set. I recommend you buy it at twice the price!
