Comments about GHS L3075 Brite Flats Flatwound Electric Bass Strings:

GHS Brites are punchy. That's a good thing as the output is controlled by the amp so you can get t he sound you want.
When they are first installed they tend to grab your finger position, not sliding, as you might expect from a flat, like D'Addario Chromes. This goes away after a few hours of playing and they behave more normally.

Used these for twenty years

Comments about GHS L3075 Brite Flats Flatwound Electric Bass Strings:

Still the best strings I've found. They're very even tone-wise across the board. No thumpy low and screeching high that grates on your nerves. Easy on the fingers since they're shaved down roundwounds. You still get the roundwound sound without the rough feel, or the worn down frets. I have a 1975 Precision that I've used these on for years and you can barely see any fret wear at all. Highly recommeded.
