How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Standard/Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the global checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

GuitarCenter.com International Return Policy
You can initiate a return for a full refund for most1 new and unopened items by requesting a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.2
1. Due to certain legal and health restrictions, computer software (copyright legislation mandates no returns on opened software), books, videos, CDs, harmonicas, internal earphones, earplugs, and microphones are exempt from this policy. Computers, DJ cartridges and styli, fog fluid, cleaning products, opened strings, and tubes are also exempt, as are any items special ordered from a manufacturer for a specific customer. Due to their return policies, you must contact Apple directly to repair, replace, or return Apple products. They may not be returned to us under any circumstances.
2. There is a 14-day return period on the following items: Recording devices - multitrack and mixdown, DJ mixers, turntables, and CD players, studio monitors, pro workstation keyboards, rackmount signal processors, fog machines and lighting effects.
Exchanges:
Because any taxes or duty you may have paid will be refunded to you in the event you request an exchange, such requests are handled like returns on international orders. In order to obtain an exchange, you must place a new order for the new item you would like and return the item you wish to exchange. We will then recover any taxes or duty you paid on the original item and issue a refund to you for its cost plus any taxes or duty you paid. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time you ship your return for receipt of a refund. We will update you via email with your refund details. Please contact us for further information.
How to Return an Item:
You must contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Both the order number and RMA must be visible on the outside of the return package and the original packing list must be enclosed, or credit will not be issued for the return. Please keep the invoice that was included in your order as it may be required for some returns.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. We recommend that you choose a carrier who offers a package tracking service and insurance. Your refund will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of your purchase and will include any customs tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
Are Gift Cards available to International Customers?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.
What is the amount of duties and taxes charged on international orders?
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that we support. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the global checkout.

How will I know the total cost of my International order?
Just add items to your basket and click on the checkout button. FiftyOne will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.
I live in the U.S., can I ship an order internationally but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?
Yes, you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you're an American traveling or living abroad.
What payment options are available for international orders?
We currently support Visa, MasterCard and Paypal with additional payment options coming soon.
Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country selection, you will be notified during the checkout process.
When am I billed for my international order?
Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S.
