I have recently purchased the Furman P-1800PF power conditioner. I was looking for something to clean up the power to reduce noise from the AC line. I am using a Fender Amp with a Fender American Standard Stratocaster. I did not like the noise I was getting and tried a friends Furman M-8x power conditioner and it reduced the noise by 25%. Looking for more of a reduction I took a chance on the P-1800PF. I am happy to report that the P-1800PF took out about 90% of the noise. I am very happy with my purchase. It will be a personal choice if spending the money is worth it for you. But I am very happy with the purchase. The build quality is excellent, and I have extra protection for the amp from power surges.
