Overview

The Fulltone MDV2 Mini-Deja'Vibe 2 is an effect pedal true to the original 1960s Univibe circuit, including the most important parts: the photocells—100% Fulltone-designed.

Real estate is precious, especially on your pedalboard, but the lush organic sounds of a perfect "vintage Univibe clone" are a necessity. They are now attainable in a space no bigger than a standard wah-wah pedal: the Fulltone Mini-Deja'Vibe 2—MDV-2 for short. This chorus pedal from Fulltone has a Vintage Cream powdercoated finish with oxblood lettering and a blue LED that throbs to the beat of its asymmetrical rhythm. The Mini-Deja'Vibe pedal's dual pot gives you access to all speeds from slowest to fastest, all with a perfect sweep and no abrupt speed changes.

Power the Fulltone MDV2 Mini-Deja'Vibe 2 pedal with the supplied 9V DC adapter or any pedalboard power supply on the market.

MDV2-Deja Vibe

By Kurt Zunker

from Greenfield, WI

I ordered a MDV2 Deja Vibe from Guitar Center and received it in less than a week. I have to say as a self described "guitar junkie", I have been searching for the tones that this pedal produces for a long time. I have owned many modulation pedals over the years from companies such as Line 6, TC Electronics etc. and I have to say that this is the one pedal that is the real deal. From authentic Trower and Hendrix sounds to Jazzy Danny Gatton styled textures this pedal is the actual vintage univibe circuit that will only nail that signature tone & sound. Kudos to a product that is so well designed. Anything else is a cheap imposter.

Good vibe

By Jim

from Portland, OR

Very lush, deep, and full sweep. The chorus mode is definitely what would be considered the "Hendrix sound". I strongly disagree with the other reviewer who said that the tremolo is "useless". It can provide a very ethereal feel to a song. All in all, it's a very nice vibe pedal. It takes some time to get the feel down, though. Highly recommended if you can afford it.

Great Vibe!

By Gerry

from Milwaukee, WI

This is a well made pedal that does what it is supposed to do. Finding the correct speed for your chops can be a little tricky until you get used to using the pedal, and the tremolo feature is about useless. Also I don't see the need for a volume pot as it is always kept wide open anyway. But the sound in vintage mode is perfect for Trower, Hendrix, etc. This pedal nails it!
