I could have gotten by with one of these and kept one of my guitars on a floor stand, but really wanted to be able to hang both. That's when I had my cunning plan. I bought the three pack and put them up (they're super-easy to install). I hung both guitars and left the third empty. When my wife saw how nice they look hanging on the wall she commented, "But you have an empty third one. You'll have to get another guitar to balance it out." Not sure how many times this will work, but the wall hangers are great and I have a lot of wall space left, so who knows?
I bought these to help clear floor space in my small studio. Installation was simple: By tapping on the wall with the handle end of screw driver, I found the wall stud and marked it. I then positioned the hanger and screwed the black screw into the top hole. I used a level to make sure it looked good (you can sight by eye too) and screwed in the bottom black screw. These screws snug down tight in the wood studs. I decided to hang my Taylor GS Mini closer to the corner, but between wall studs, so I had to use the white drywall anchors. I followed the same procedure as above. Then I removed the hanger and screws and let the screw holes be the pilot holes for the white anchors. Use pressure but go slow and you'll have no problems. Snug these down flush with the wall, then reattach the hanger and black screws. These hangers hold the guitar back about 2" from the wall. I offset the guitars to get a cool visual effect . . . now I'm going to buy more as gifts for my jammin' friends.
