Comments about FretRest by Proline FS100A Folding Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

Bought this in a rush after my the leg locking knob on my other stand went bad. This was my first foray into the a-frame style stands. It was a lifesaver. I don't love it but I haven't replaced it. I use it for my basses. Pulling my basses from it from the wrong angle and it collapses. Setting my bass into it at the wrong angle and it collapses. I am just careful with it. I have purchased heavier duty stands for my acoustics and guitars and like I said I still use it but should have invested another 10 or 15 dollars for the heavier version. Staying at home or gigging a low traffic bandstand it should be fine. Any kind of jumping around or movement it will hold up until you pull your instrument.

Love it!

Comments about FretRest by Proline FS100A Folding Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I bought one of these from my local Guitar Center and absolutely love it. I folds up nice and small so it is very easy to transport. I also gives your guitar a nice, secure stand. I was kinda hesitant to buy it because it is not full size and therefore doesn't have the neck brace. But, I am very satisfied with it, it doesn't need the neck brace. Another nice feature is that it will work for both acoustics and electrics. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great little stand

By

from McComb, MS

Comments about FretRest by Proline FS100A Folding Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

This is a great little stand for a very reasonable price. I'm going to order at least one more of these. No assembly required, the stand folds or unfolds in 2-3 seconds and there is no reason to worry about hurting the finish on your favorite guitar because of the padding provided.

Great Value

Comments about FretRest by Proline FS100A Folding Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I love this piece of equipment. I have a black lacquer finish on my guitar which marks easily and all the padding on this stand protects the finish very well. It is compact and light to carry. I can easily grasp it along with the handle on my guitar case when unloading for a gig. It takes up minimal space on stage and and provides sturdy support for my instrument. A great value. I will be purchasing several more for my other instruments.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT !!!

Comments about FretRest by Proline FS100A Folding Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I was really leary of this when I ordered it. I ordered it because the current stand I have has a neck cradle and besides being a space hog, is hard to dismantle. I my new stand in the mail today. I was totally taken aback on how nicely it folds up and how lil floor space is need when its in use. My next test was to put my Ibanez accoustic on it, and see if it would really stay on it. To my surprise it gave my guitar all the support it needs to stand upright. The bottom brackets do not touch the soundboard of the guitar at all and all metal parts are wonderfully padded. GREAT INVENTION, well worth twice as much as I paid.

Great Portable Stand

By

from Baton Rouge, LA

Comments about FretRest by Proline FS100A Folding Acoustic Guitar A-Frame Stand:

I now own two of these little stands and love them. They're great because you can hook them on a gig bag due to their small size and the fact that they fold down to one piece. They are also a lot sturdier than they may appear. An excellent purchase.
