Comments about Fred Kelly Picks Delrin Teardrop Regular Guitar Picks:

Long time player since 1960's. Never very good at holding onto picks.

This solved the problem. A little tight upon arrival. I warmed them with a lighter for a few seconds and them stretched them to fit better

Finally a great thumb pick for all styles

Comments about Fred Kelly Picks Delrin Teardrop Regular Guitar Picks:

Discovered these a couple of years ago and they are simply the best thumb pick around. Worth every cent! I use the light version and the tear drop shape is perfect. The depth is adjustable so if you make it shallow you can get your thumb as close to the strings as you like which facilitates fast finger picking and thumb action. If you make it deep, then you can use it (sometimes depending on the song) instead of a flat pick if you like. Nice crisp, clear tones, just like on my choice of flat picks... a Fender Thin.

            No-Drop Pick

            By Harvey Guilford

            from Floyds Knobs, IN

Comments about Fred Kelly Picks Delrin Teardrop Regular Guitar Picks:

I've been playing stringed instruments for fifty years and have always had a problem with dropping my pick. I've tried several different brands and types over the years but nothing seemed to help. I tried using a standard thumb pick but they are too thick and I wasn't able to get to all the strings as easily as I'd like. The Fred Kelly Teardrop pick is the best solution since it incorporates a standard pick by fixing it to the thumb piece for easier control. I like that it is available in two thicknesses and is adjustable. It's safe to say with the Fred Kelly Teardrop design I'll never drop another pick!

Comments about Fred Kelly Picks Delrin Teardrop Regular Guitar Picks:

I do a lot of thumb picking & strumming, so the typical 2mm or so thumb picks don't work well for me.

These are a great solution, but I wish I had bought the large size. My hands are average size (I wear a medium or large glove), but this pick is fairly small to me. When sitting, it fits comfortably, but for whatever reason the angles my thumb bends at while standing makes it too tight and it tends to fall off.

I'll definitely buy some in the larger size.

Also, I bought the medium thickness. It doesn't say on the produt details, but I believe it's 0.78mm.
