    I bought this because I play guitar and I have carpel tunnel syndrome, and I want to continue playing without further injury, and learn good exercise for my hands and after one of these hand workouts, my hands felt very good and warmed up. I recommend this DVD, but not the Finger Fitness Set that comes with it, as there isn't much that is really useful with it.

    I bought this out of practicallity. I know how to read notes and play guitar. I just had problems developing the hand and finger streangth. In order to play guitar well, you need to devlope all those tiny muscles of the hand and fingers that you normally don't use in life. This DVD does a great job of helping ya develope those muscles. Personally I can not only see but I can feel the improved streangth and cordination of my hands and fingers since I started using this DVD. I have also noticed that the loose skin on the knuckles of my palms have faded too ( so I won't have as much of a problem with them catching on the bottom string ( E I believe ) and my hands have toned up too. I've also noticed that I've become a quicker typer too, because of the improved hand streangth I'm gussing
