THIS IS IT!!

By FunkyBassLady

Comments about Fender Stu Hamm Urge II Bass Guitar:

Wow! Great axe! It does it all. I have tried many boutique basses as well as all the run-of-the-mill pieces offered by all the major makers, and this one is THE ONE! The only issues I have with this bass are: 1. The fit and finish isn't the greatest. Mine came with a warped pick guard, and it needs a good professional set-up. 2. The pups are so close to the strings and are so crowded in the space between the neck and bridge that there isn't much room for fingers, so if my right hand nails get the slightest bit too long I constantly hit the pups. That is especially true of the P's since that is where I play a lot. This bass is great for all genre of music and all playing styles. The pickups are absolutely QUIET. The EQ capabilities are such that your sound man should love it no matter what the acoustics of the venue are. This is a very comfortable bass to "wear." No neck dive and not too heavy. Buy one, you'll love it!

THE bass!

Comments about Fender Stu Hamm Urge II Bass Guitar:

I've been playing this bass since 2001 and still am impressed with the versitility. This bass can do it all. I play a variety of music with different artists and I can handle it all with the Urge II.
