Great value and great performance

By matt dunn

from saunderstown, rhode island

This guitar is a very strong guitar for everyone from beginners to more experienced players. It feels great to hold and sounds even better. It is good for all of kinds of music except for punk. Green Day and Clash music doesn't come out very good unless you have distortion on. But as a whole, 5 stars, well done Fender.

Bang for your buck

By LJ

What a solid guitar!! It's so easy to play. Feels great and sounds great. I swapped out the stock pick-ups with some Steve Lukather EMG pick ups and it sounds amazing. You just can't get a better deal for the money. High quality guitar for under a grand.

excellent

This is one of the best strats you can get thats not made in america of course. the bridge pickup can even give you that thrash metal chug chug, while the neck pickup can give you that classic Hendrix blues tone. great guitar highly advise buying it as in intermediate guitar 5/5

A must for guitar collection

By Tomy

from Cincinnati, OH

This guitar is a must for anyone of any style. The pickups are great. One of the features I like about it is that it has a double humbucker, which is good for me because I typically play metal. So I recommend this guitar for anyone.

Good... with problems

By Joe

from Knoxville, Tennessee

This guitar sounds great, but it does come with some flaws. #1 - I bought this thing brand new and the whammy bar they sent me did not fit the hole for the floyd rose, so I had to go to a guitar shop and get it ground down. #2 - The floyd rose didnt come set up, so two intonation string holders were not even attached to the floyd rose, which is why I had to take it to the shop to get it fixed. After all the hassel and expense, the guitar does feel and sound amazing.

amazing

By Mad Max Edblad

first of all. it took way to long to ship. they backordered me whenit said it was in stock. however it was worth the wait. the finish(lake placid blue) was more stunning than the ones at the store. it came perfectly set up, in tune, and ready to go,no problems what so ever. the neck is extremely fast and the humbuckers add a boost to solos. the floyd rose is awesome, but they did not route it out all the way so i cant do dimebag super squeals, but it still is able to pull up to my satisfaction. i love my guitar and wont need another one for many many years.
