This Limited Edition Fender '65 Princeton Reverb Amp is an authentic all-tube reproduction of the original classic in a Factory Special Run two-tone orange and white finish. The Princeton Reverb amplifier delivers 15W through one 10" Jensen Special Design speaker. This single-channel amplifier favorite has 2 inputs, reverb and vibrato effects with an included footswitch, and control knobs for Treble, Bass, Reverb, Speed, and Intensity. The tube complement consists of a trio of 12AX7s, a 12AT7, dual Groove Tubes 6V6s, and a single 5AR4 rectifier tube.
The original was a historically significant amp used on countless hits over the years, and the reissue ™65 Princeton Reverb is easily versatile enough to go from the living room to the recording studio to the small gig. It has the vintage vibe that Fender die-hards know and love, but the ™65 Princeton Reverb isn™t only for those who played them 30 or 40 years ago”it' for anybody who demands top-notch tube tone, naturally dynamic clean and overdriven tones, and unmistakable long-spring Fender reverb and tube vibrato.

I actually this amp in daphne blue/white, but it has the same Jensen P10R speaker in it and it sounds amazing. The cleans are just what you would expect from a Fender, and it overdrives quite nicely.
As with the previous reviewer, I bought the "blue on white" version of this amp. The internals are the same on the majority of the Princeton 65 "special" models (regardless of color scheme), with very few exceptions. It's a great amp for classic clean tones, with both the reverb and vibrato being excellent. It's certainly not an amp for "dirty" sounds, unless the user has some external distortion/crunch/drive pedal that he/she uses (which is fine to use with this amp, as it handles pedals well). The amp also has a bit more volume than might be expected, which is perfect for jamming, smaller venues, or the studio (which is the main purpose for my purchasing this unit). If someone is searching for the classic clean Fender tone of days gone by in a smaller package, this is a good choice.
