I purchased this Guitar on Monday in Guitar centre Manhattan. This is my first Fender guitar. The quality of the guitar is very good. This stratocaster is made in Mexico. Below I have listed the pros and cons of the guitar. Pros: -The Aztec gold finish is very eye catching, it grabs people's attention and is amazing looking. -The fingerboard is glossed maple which looks and feels amazing. - The neck feels nice and smooth, and is easy to slide across the frets. -The Guitar stays in tune well, even using the whammy bar. -This guitar is very versatile, and is very good for lots of styles of music including rock, blues, and funk. -The guitar is quite light compared to my Gibson Les Paul. Cons: - The guitar does not come with a case/ gig bag, I purchased a Fender pro series tweed case for mine, it goes really well with the guitar. Overall I would recommend this guitar to anyone wanting a great guitar for a great price. This Guitar is a factory special run (fsr) so it's limited edition. If you want one or are thinking of buying one get it while it's still available, when they are gone they are gone.
