I Love it!! It almost play's itself...Great price,sounds Great,Very nice Guitar.....
I have to tell you this guitar has changed my way of thinking as far as tone and playability. I have been a gibson kind of guy for quite some time now and I think it is a dawn of a new era for me. This guitars workmanship is incredible! I can't see any flaws on it and the neck alone is priceless. The pickups are not gonna blow your socks off but that is easy to change. It is a solid guitar and it is my number one guitar now. It only took a matter of minutes for me to realize what a special and great guitar this is.
I play in a Classic Rock band that performs about 100 times a year. My main guitar has been a 1991 Fender USA Vintage 57 Stratocaster that I bought new. I have been wanting a "back-up" guitar for quite some time to use at gigs and did not want to pay the much higher cost of the Vintage 52 Telecaster to I ordered the 50's Classic Series Telecaster through Guitar Center. The workmanship is fantastic and the only main differences between this and the Vintage 52 looks to be the brass bridge saddles and the original wiring circuit on the three-way switch. I have played both and this is right up there with the more expensive 52. My plan was for this to be backup or occasional use but it is quickly moving up. A fantastic guitar, the neck feels like my Vintage 57 Strat and that is just great. I also ordered one of the new Black Tweed Vintage style cases & sold the gigbag as that isn't too good for the amount of transporting I do playing. I also ordered a black pickguard so its now black with a black pickguard and maple neck so it is pretty unique looking. I haven't found a thing I don't like about it, the weight is just right, its balanced perfectly, frets feel great for the style of playing I do. I have been playing guitar since 1961 so I have played & owned just about everything and this is just an all around great guitar. Don't hesitate adding one of these. It makes a great guitar for every style of music.
omg ive been playing for 10 years and this is one of the nicest teles ive played in a while. great for classic rock and southern rock
I own a black 50's mexican tele reissue. It is a fantastic guitar regardless of price range. It has an ash body and a large c shape neck that is extremely comfortable .The weight is just right, not too heavy or too light.Acoustically it has an amazing loud and detailed resonance that I hear in a lot of the high end mexican guitars. The pickups certainly do the classic vintage Tele thing despite not being top of the line or 100% vintage accurate(if you are really picky, you can always replace those). This is a fantastic guitar that really gives the classic vibe, even more so than other more expensive models I've tried. For the money it's a steal.A future collectable!
