Comments about CD-140SCE All Mahogany Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

This is coming from a beginners point of view so take it for what its worth. First, the guitar is beautiful 5 stars for that. It came out of the box almost perfectly set up, Johnny at Guitar center lowered the truss a couple of turns and its perfect. Overall sound is great, I do remember playing one in the store that seemed to have a fuller sound then this one. Once plugged into the amp it sounds great! Able to get all the tones out of it as I expected. The strings are easy on the fingers for us beginners. I was a little worried about some reviews saying it doesn't keep in tune but I have had it 2 weeks now and only make minor tweaks before every practice session, totally happy about that. I love the cutout design over the full drought style, it sits on my leg comfortably and lets you play that famous Dead or Alive intro with ease. Over all love the guitar, other then the totally full sound in acoustic mode.

Comments about Fender Classic Design Series CD-140SCE All-Mahogany Cutaway Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Got this for Christmas. Needed a little set up, but with new strings and lower action, this is a great sounding, easy to play instrument. Built in tuners are a winner. Great for digital recording.

Comments about Fender Classic Design Series CD-140SCE All-Mahogany Cutaway Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I love the sound, but they fretboard Is an absolute mess. There's at least one fret on each string I'm unable to play because of buzzing, no matter how much relief I add. I'm going to have to spend an extra 50-100 dollars getting that fixed in a shop, if they can even do anything about it
