Wonderful Noise

By ron bahlman

from South Lake Tahoe

Comments about Fender Acoustasonic Junior DSP Combo Amp with Effects:

My Acoustasonic Jr. has been putting out wonderful noise for two years and running. I use it with my OM28 equipped with a Fishman Ellipse Maytrix pickup and just about every guitar player who walks in comments about the great sound. Easy to balance levels between mic and guitar, this amp has been all I need for one-man-band performances. Vocal sounds are clear and warm, with effects to fine-tune tone quality. The guitar tone is as close to original quality as one would hope for, and together with treble, mid, and bass adjustments, the effects allow an even wider variety of tones for just the right mood. I have never submitted a review before, but this product deserves a bit of positive payback. Speaking of payback, the price is right, as well. Only drawback for me is the weight--at 40lbs or so, it's a small beast to lug around.

Great amp

By Alberto Martinez

from Santa Barbara Ca

Comments about Fender Acoustasonic Junior DSP Combo Amp with Effects:

I'm a begginer guitar player, but there is no need to be a pro to know this is a great amp. It made it much easier for me to feel free on playing some things I didn't want to play before due to the sound quality or lack of detail in our PA system, with this amp I feel with more freedom to try new stuff due to its good sounding quality and effects that make playing a whole lot easier. The only thing I would say I don't like is that it is very heavy, but I can deal with that as long as it sounds good.

Incredible Amp !!!!!!

By Steve

from New Jersey

Comments about Fender Acoustasonic Junior DSP Combo Amp with Effects:

I first set eyes on this amp when i bought my Martin (000CXE). I chose this fender to test out my Martin before buying it and WOW! Ever since then, all I did was built an obsession to buy this amp until I had it ! After 2 and half years of checking up on this amp, I finally had enough birthday money to buy it! Best 18th birthday gift ever! THIS AMP WILL *NOT* DO YOU WRONG ! The guitar settings are insane, i personally love the "reverb/delay" setting along with the "hall" setting and the effects on the vocal end are amazing. EVERYTHING about this amp is amazing, from the vintage look, to the effects, to the tilt back legs. If your an acoustic type of person and need the CORRECT amp to play some nice cafe gigs, THIS IS IT!!!!

Fender Acousticasonic Jr IT'S STILL A FENDER AMP!!!

By Jack Alan

from phoenix, Az

Comments about Fender Acoustasonic Junior DSP Combo Amp with Effects:

Leo Fender started his company on amplifiers and by golly, in addition to some great guitars this company makes, this acoustic guitar amp is true to its' heritage. I have been playing guitar since diapers! ok, just out of diapers. In the following years I've played on hundreds of amplifiers, both acoustic and electric. This acoustasonic is a credit to the Fender heritage. It has given excellent TONE and power and has never failed yet. Without getting technical, this amp excels in doing its job. The effects and sparking and the two 8 inch drivers give a very balanced tone, bass, mids to treble. It has plenty of power. This has been my primary "Go to" amplifier for acoustic work live and in the studio for several years now. It never gets tired nor has it yet to demand a salary increase. Altho, it certainly deserves one. Phantom power, a line out and tilt back legs are just some of the extra features that are great to have in the real world. If you like Fender amps you will never be sorry you've added Junior to your stable. Yes, it is that good. Jack Alan

Everything I needed

By Jimmy Mac

from Las Vegas, Nv

Comments about Fender Acoustasonic Junior DSP Combo Amp with Effects:

I have been playing my Martin with the Aura Blend through it for 5 months. Clear, precise, easy to adjust, and it sounds like the Martin sound has not been changed - just amplified. The best value, quality, and performance I could have ever hoped for in an amp. Solos are crisp, audience response is phenominal - that pretty much sums it up!

It's Just Enough!

By finkusmaximus

from Austin, Texas, y'all.

Comments about Fender Acoustasonic Junior DSP Combo Amp with Effects:

The tone is full and warm. Brilliant treble, full rich bass, all the mids you want. The string dynamics knob varies the tone very noticeably, and the phase buttons work great for removing feedback successfully. You can get oh so many different sounds out of this amp, and as can be expected from Fender, smooth power all the way up to 10. The speakers are rated 50, and handle the 40watts with plenty of headroom. It gets loud enough to play with any energetic drummer, and it doesn't break up. The 40w per channel is also just wonderful, as you have separate power and control for your vocals. I have only played one acoustic amp that is better than this one, so I rate this one at 4.5 to be fair, even though I LOVE IT!
