Does the job

It's perfect for what I need it to do. I constantly switch between two effects on my amp and this does the trick! Great product with a great price! Highly recommended.

Single-button FOOTSWITCH

By MICHAEL

from Arlington, VA

Ordered from Guitar Center of Falls Church,VA when I purchased the last Fender Frontman 25R from the store. The STORE MANAGER actually ordered and handled the delivery/purchase of the footpedal, which I appreciate as a courteous customer-service oriented retail value, which a lot of us "veteran" musicians take notice of and appreciate in Guitar Center floor reps. I am completely happy with the amp, footswitch and Guitar Center . . . Thanks, Mike Loughran - Arlington, VA

Must have option for Mustang I

By RICHARD KEITT

This is a really nice, inexpensive solution for changing between two presets on the Mustang I. It is easy to program and works. What's not to like?

functional

By Francis Mercui

This fat switch is a perfect addition to the Amplifier. Once it is installed behind the tube chassis you never have to reach for a button to get gain boost and it is light weight but durable. Fender made the grade here keeping things affordable and practical.

Awesome footswitch for Mustang One Amp.

By Josh Dunlap

from San Diego

This footswitch looks cool and does exactly what it should. It switches between to different presets of your choosing. Quality seems good, and it has that classic look that matches the amp.

Seems To Work With Any Fender Combo !

By Jeffrey Osgood

from Woonsocket, R.I.

I just got a Vintage, 1988 USA made, Mint condition, Fender Studio 85 combo amp last week and I needed a footswitch to go along with it. None of the Guitar Center stores in my area had any of these in stock, so I ended up calling their nationwide customer service, where I was able to order one of these and have it delivered to me via UPS . It just arrived today and does indeed work with this amp. Thanks Guitar Center for helping me out with this.

Does the Job

By hawk phoenix

I have a Mustang V2 and this is the only switch Fender makes available for this unit. It simply allows you to switch between two user selected channels on the amp. It seems solid and it's quiet. Not much else you can ask from a footswitch.

Simple, functional.

By enoch kennett

from San Francisco

Simple footswitch, works well with the Mustang I amp. Setting presets on the amp is pretty simple, and the footswitch is nice to easily switch between your 2 prefered presets. I like the clean reverb, and then tap that little black button for some gained driven reverb for blues solos, or just to dirty things up, but works well for any preset naturally. Other thoughts: Made in China, but it seems solid. Metal switch and bell is nice. The bottom cap is plastic ala Pringles Can and removable. Underneath you get a nice view of the hot glue and hopefully OK solders. Actually could be good it's removable if you ever need to repair it. Added sticky carpet foot (like for furniture bottoms) so it won't slide around as much on wood floors, and add a little cushion. Cord is pretty standard, chrome 1/4 jacks, no gold. Could be modded with braided cords and gold tips I suppose...perhaps down the line, but it's just fine stock. Cord length is good. Would buy again, but I'd look for a used one to mod for under the $20, or get it on sale.

Good stuff

By Griffin Cobb

from Louisville KY

For what it is, it's excellent. More than just one button would be nice, but it's better than going to the amp controls every time you want a change in preset. Feels durable, the cable's long, and it's inexpensive. Brings out the best in a mustang I or II.
