think twice

Ok, so the Fender Vintage Voltage cables look really cool, right? Please don't let that get in the way of buying something else. I have not, nor do I know of, one of these cables that still works well. They aren't durable at all. They don't like to coil properly, they don't seem to like acoustic-electrics. They can give you rugburn on your hands! No additional features like mute switch or gold contacts. And they are expensive to boot! But they are so pretty!
