Lead sound On The Lefty Strat

There isnt much variety for us lefties out there and and Ive played as many lefty guitars that I can get my hands on. let me start by saying, cmon, it's a Fender Start, dont expect killer distortion from it... this guitar has realy great clean tone but the awsome thing about it compared to other guitars in it's price range is its lead tone... when on the Bridge pickup, you can get a really tight sound fron it witch can produce some very nice harmonics... when on the neck single coil pickup, you get the clearest and smoothest tone of a guitar in this price range. I was amazed how clear it sounded. I would seriously consider buying this guitar if it produced a better distortion tone.... If a Fender of this price sounds this good I can only Imagine how a more expensinve Fender would sound.......Too bad they dont give us lefties much variety.

great buy!

this is my first electric guitar after playing acoutic for 6 months now, and i absolutely love it! the feel of it is great and it plays sooo well. i tried out some epis and such, but this guitar just called to me. I love Clapton and SRV and blues and classic rock, and this sounds great with it. i can make it sound great for any song. anyways, if you are a lefty, then this will be a great investment for you.

The Best In the Business

I have had my Standard Strat for over 5 years now, and it still rocks out loud. If people want an electric guitar, they have got to go for Fender. The standard strat was the 6th guitar I have gotten from my relatives, and I cant thank them enough for all the support they gave me about my passion for music. This guitar is top of the line quality, and its always there when I need it. You can't thank this guitar enough, and the tone is just flawless.

Couldn't ask for any more from a guitar

I got this guitar for my second guitar. I was debating over a Fender Tele, or this Strat. I chose this Strat. I has not let me down. I love this guitar. So if you have any sense at all you'd but this guitar!!!

Fender Strat = Rock n' Roll

I love my standard strat. I have more expensive guitars, but I always come back to my standard strat. So versatile and dependable. I like les pauls and SG's, but I love my Statocaster. A Rock n' Roll icon.
