The Fender Road Worn '50s Telecaster is an electric guitar that delivers killer aged look, feel and mojo without breaking the bank. This is a Tele that was designed using 1950s specs augmented by Tex-Mex pickups and 6105 frets.

  • I own it! Best Tele I have ever played!

    I bought a 1974 Blonde Tele new in 1974. I still have her. The 1950's Road Worn is the best Tele I have ever played. It is light in weight, sounds awesome, tone for ever, and I love the big maple neck with the tall frets. I play in a blues band and this thing has all I could hope for. I simply cannot put this guitar down and I own 18 guitars! I am a seasoned player and have been playing for 35 years. I own a 1953 Fender Tweede Deluxe and a Hot Rod deluxe for gigging out... this Tele sounds great though both amps! I have my eye on a 1950's Road Worn Strat next.... I mean with both Road Worn's in hand, what more could I need.... I plan on selling my three other Strats if the Road Worn Strat plays and sounds as good as the Tele does.

  • smokin' after a set up or two...

    I was taken away by both the sound quality and vibe of this guitar. Playability for the guitar that I received took some tweaking. I readjusted the truss rod twice and setting intonation was a challenge. This aside, the guitar is one of my favorites and hard to put down. An axe with a very cool sound and feel. I got a Blonde Tele and the ash body is quite unique - it feels and sounds like no other guitar that I have or have played - love it!
