These strings are just like any other set of strings except for the bullets at the end of them that supposedly make it easier to string. It makes no difference. Another thing that is bad about these strings is that the end doesnt fit in all guitars. I have an Ibanez GAX75 with the drop tuning clip at the end and the bullet end doesnt fit into the end of the clip so i had to go out and buy another pack of fender strings with the ball end on it so that it does fit. Besides all that, they sound better than many other strings that i have played on. They are a great set if you have a fender guitar because they would probably fit on them.
