  • good pickguard

    good pickguard. and definately changed the look of my Fender Standard HSS sunburst strat. i used the tortuise shell on it and it looks great. our rythm guitarist in our band got the white pearl for his red HSS Standard Strat and it shines. they hold up well. and look good doin it. real easy to change. you can even change it without taking off the strings. real good product by Fender.

  • Upgrade the Hum Hole!!!

    This is another beautiful Fender product, but be wary. If you plan in dropping a humbucker with a cover on it into this pickguard, you're gonna need to file the corners of the Humbucker space. I put a S.D. Phat Cat into this pickguard, and it took about five minutes with a knife and a drill. Of course, with the proper tools, there is no reason not to buy this, just be aware that you may have to tweak it a little!

  • Black on Black on my Strat didn't work

    Put this white pearl pickguard on my black strat and it gave the guitar great old school look..really changed it. We cut a DVD at last show we did and the guitar looked great. I feel like I have a brand new axe!
