A classic Fender Jazzmaster stripped down and hot-rodded!

Thurston Moore and Lee Ranaldo. Jazzmaster guitars slung across seminal shoulders. In the hands of both men, the sound of Sonic Youth is the sound of that guitar used as part paintbrush and part cluster bomb. If anybody ought to have a signature Fender Jazzmaster electric guitar, it's those two guys.

Special features of the Lee Ranaldo Jazzmaster include two Fender Wide Range humbucking pickups re-voiced to original vintage spec, black anodized pickguard, American Vintage Jazzmaster tremolo with Mustang bridge and tremolo lock button, single master volume control, and a Sapphire Blue Transparent satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish and black-painted headstock, plus a Sonic Youth 'zine and sticker sheet.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

  • Awesome Action

As reviewed by Todd Kay on 6/7/2010

I was excited when I ordered this guitar but it blew all my expectations away when it arrived. I own Les Pauls and American Strats, but I love the neck on this guitar. The sound is of course awesome, but what really blows me away is how well I can play funk on this guitar. Definately a guitar worth buying and keeping for ever.
