The Fender DG220SCE acoustic electric guitar has 20 frets, 25.3" scale, nato neck, with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a compensated saddle. The finish is natural gloss polyurethane. The body starts with a Fender dreadnought style for full, balanced tone. It features X-bracing, dot position inlays, and a Gold silkscreened Fender logo.

I purchased this guitar at a local GC in order to replace my old backup acoustic that had taken a beating. This guitar has a beautifully even tone, and it projects well because of the solid top. The rosewood body creates a stunning sound, and the neck is wonderfully smooth and comfortable. The Fishman electronics are exceptional, The tuner is simple and easy to use, and it is as fast and accurate as my Boss TU-3! Through an amp the acoustics tone fills up and is very clear, I love the look, feel and sound of this guitar, especially for the price. The only thing I have had to do is adjust the action (it was a little too high for my liking) and replace the strings. I highly recommend this guitar!
This guitar has beautiful balanced tone, is well made and
has good looks. The cutaway is a plus! The tone this guitar produces is pure and rich whether or not it is plugged in.

The DG200SCE is an amazing guitar!!! While it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to buy it is a VERY well made guitar. It produces a deep yet surprisingly even tone, and due to the solid spruce top, it projects its sound far better than most other guitars. The "Fishman" pickup/tuner does a wonderful job and is easy-as-pie to use. Between the rosewood back and sides, the gold tuners and pegs, and the mosaic inlay around the sound hole it is stunning to look at. I am convinced that this guitar is the best in its price range, and it has no trouble competing with guitars in a higher range. Overall, I am ecstatic with my purchase!
