The Fender DG220SCE acoustic electric guitar has 20 frets, 25.3" scale, nato neck, with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a compensated saddle. The finish is natural gloss polyurethane. The body starts with a Fender dreadnought style for full, balanced tone. It features X-bracing, dot position inlays, and a Gold silkscreened Fender logo.

This guitar was just absolutely everything I was looking for. It's a goergeous guitar. Looks so much better in person. The action is perfect out of the box. The onboard tuner is very accurate, and all the things you need to adjust amp tone and volume. Now I don't use mine much on an amp, but it still sounds amazing. I don't regret buying this guitar at all. It's a perfect buy for anyone, no doubt better than some of the higher costing guitars. Only thing is that the warranty didn't cover the electronics on the guitar =P but I can get by with that. Again this guitar sounds amazing, and looks even better. you'll have people kissing your toes to play it like they did mine XD
I recently bought this guitar, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The neck is very easy to handle, has a very nice tone, low-action, a solid spruce top, and it just looks amazing! I am very pleased because this guitar plays as well as some Gibson, and Taylors! This Fender is reccomended for begginers, and pros.
I've been saving my money to buy a Martin HPL model but after playing this fine guitar last night I am planning on buying another fender acoustic. I must say it plays like a mid level Martin or Taylor. I already own a Fender DG-1 that sports a laminate top and I have been pleased with it so far but it doesn't possess the warm tones of a solid top. Fender made this 200 SCE with value and quality in mind. I guess we will see in 20 years or so how this model ages, I'm looking forward to finding out!
