The Fender '60s Stratocaster Electric Guitar looks like a real vintage classic thanks to aged knobs, pickup covers, pickguard, tremolo, and switch tip. U-shaped maple neck with rosewood fretboard. this thing...haha wow. you know, i already knew you could never go wrong with a strat but damn this this is awesome. i've been playing for a long time. long enough to know what i good guitar is. i'm very theoretical when it comes to music, alot of theory behind mine for sure. and the way this guitar resonates every note is pure soul. and to be honest who gives a crap if its a MIM. i hate those people that are super strict on american made guitars and its pure ignorance. pretty much all of the part on this guitar are US. the wood (shipped from california to mexico), electronics (fender made), pickguard, frets, everything pretty much. it was just assembled in mexico. i'm probably going to do a relic job on this thing (as i have on couple of my other guitars) and change a couple of things like the tuners (the tuners are incredible. im just changing them to my personal preference). like i said im a theorist when come to music. and damn if you can get this guitar, get it. you dont even have to run it through an amp to feel the tone of this thing. this baby is a real worthy servant to any musician at heart.
the guitar plays a very clean sound,i like it because its not heavy like gibson guitars .about the shipping was very fast and everything was packed secure.
I've tried many strats over the years, and the '60's Strat is the most fun to play of all. The fast neck with the tight radius (7-1/4") and the rosewood fretboard give it a feel so comfortable you won't want to put it down. The pickups have plenty of color and output to give you a classic strat tone. At this price, it's a bargain. Buy this, and you won't be sorry.
