  • Great guitar!

    I walked into the store determined to spend my money on a Martin, but I picked up this guitar while waiting for a salesman and had a hard time putting it down. After comparing it against several more "high end" guitars I walked out with the Fender and couldn't be happier. I would recommend the CD140SCE to anyone!

  • Excellence, at a great price!

    This guitar is absolutely fantastic! I bought this about a year ago and have been using it ever since. The pictures on this cant even come close to describing this guitars true beauty. it has a loud and warm tone. the stock strings sound fine but if you really want to get the most out of this beauty you need elixor strings. this is a great guitar for beginners to pros. Great price for what you are buying. Also one more thing to note, this guitar will literally stay in tuned for a week straight even capoing on and off! dont hesitate on the steal!

    I just bought this guitar 3 days ago and it is a beauty. Plays really well. I was having trouble deciding between the Fender cd140sce and the Dean Performer E. I wanted something with a little bit of a deeper tone and the slightly bigger body of the Fender makes the difference. Also, after reading some reviews the electronics on the fender are very good. I am a beginner at guitar and this is the first guitar I have ever bought. I got mine in the all black and it looks & sounds amazing. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am excited to start learning. Thanks Fender and GC!
