BIG Sound in a Little Package

As a beginning bassist, I am definately hooked on the Fender Bassman Series. My instructor recomended this particular model and I dont think I could have gotten a better BOOM for the Buck. GREAT Sound through 2-10 inch subs and Loud enough with 250 Watts to carry over the band for gigging. Lightweight and compact design makes it easy to tote around for just about Any Bassist...

2x10's you can hear

Here is a combo you can gig with and have your drummer hear you. The speakers respond very well to the 5th string. Nice and punchy midrange, no farts. Not as warm as other combos, but definatley louder. The e.q. is nice like an swr 500.

AWSOME!!!

i played this amp at the guitarist for my band's house because he owns it and i was blown away. i play metal and its got a rich bassy sound that makes for great metal. i played it with a fender squire p bass... soon to be an ibanez. i liked ajustability of the amp. (so many knobs!) over all... i give this amp an A+.

Hooked!

I couldnt be any happier with this amp. I play a fender amarican p-bass through it, and will soon be playing a j-bass as well. I was very pleased with the sound quality it has. I was especially pleased with its highs. When i get going i tend to run the fretboard towards the tip top of the strings. The only problem i have with this setup is the casters. Reinforce them as soon as you get it because they will pull out of the wood. Other than that minor detail, i say buy this amp. You'll be glad you did.
