Great cab for the price, I looked at almost every cab in this price range, And this cab beat them all, For price,Features, Sound quality, And construction, This cab is a little bigger than most 2x12 cabs, Which is exactly what I was looking for, No need to lug a 4x12 anymore, Only thing that would have made this cab better would be an open or closed back panel, To change speakers you would have to take the whole cab apart, But the celestion G12P-80 speakers sound pretty good so I will probably just stick with em!
I bought this based on reviews. The reviews were right. I wanted a good cab to use my Fender blues jr as a head. Fender did a great job with this cab. If you have a Blues Jr and want to really hear it open up and breathe. Get this cab. You can't go wrong. Quality build, great sound, not too heavy. What more do you want?
I bought this cabinet a couple of weeks ago and tried it with my band on Tuesday. Wow! This may sound like sacrilege, but it sounds great with my Marshall JCM 900 head! Cleans sound "Fendery" and overdrive sounds big, round, buttery, with lots of shimmer at the top end. (Not sizzle, but shimmer!) This is like going from a used Pontiac to a new Jaguar! Nice job, Fender.
