The ACP-1 pickup gives you well defined, balanced output from its specially designed magnetic field, and can reproduce even the most articulate single-note lines. Whether you plug straight into your amp or directly into a PA system, with this Fender pickup your tone remains truly acoustic. Heavy wax/epoxy potting eliminates microphonic feedback.   • Can't believe how good this is!

    I spent 2 months searching for the right acoustic-electric guitar, but couldn't find one (in my price range) that could match the sound and feel of my Hohner DL-500 acoustic. So, yesterday, I took a chance and bought this fender acp-1 sound hole pickup, thinking I could take it back if it disappointed in any way. Well, I'm keeping it. This device is brilliantly designed and manufactured to a very high level of quality. It took me all of 10 seconds to install (hamfists and all) and it fits very tight and secure. The sound is much better than I expected. It reproduces my guitar's tone almost exactly, with only slightly less warmth and richness on the low end bass notes (but still delicious and better than the AEs I've played for the last two months.) And the thing actually looks nice sitting in the sound hole. It's a beautiful piece of wood. I've heard no hum or hiss at all, just clean sweet tone. I'm not used to being so pleasantly surprised by a purchase.

    I have a 1963 small box Gibson guitar ....have been very impressed with the clear reproduction and tonality....have played this guitar for 40 yrs.....don't buy a cheap pickup....this has surpassed my exspectation...well made...high quality...easy installation...up and playing in minutes...buy this ...you wont be disappointed!
