I bought 1 of these picks for about a nickel at a Chicago concert and i've been playing it for the last 2 years! As a bassist, this is a wonderful pick, though call me crazy, I use thins. Using a thin 346 on a bass allows for fast strummng and runs, without breaking, they are so durable. I reccomend them to any bassist, i have not yet gotten to try the pick on my guitar so I'm not sure but it probably does well. Its amazing how far a nickel will go. It will probably be another year before that pick edge wears down and look, I have 2 more! so a nickel lasts about 10 years.
I find this pick particularly useful as a bass player as it's extra width is wide enough to allow you to use both your index and middle finger to hold it with your thumb. The use of three fingers gives added support which assists in strumming a heavier bass guitar string.
I picked this picks up the same day I bought my first guitar. These picks are extreamly durable only on an extreamly rare occasion did I break one.I have run out since then though but thats only because they last so long that I lost them. The only bad thing I have to say about these picks is that I prefer Dunlop lucky 13. (But thats just a personal Preference.)
