LIMIT: One (1) entry per person, per day, per Instagram account. All Submissions must be uploaded during the Contest Period. Any Submission received before or subsequent to the Contest Period is not valid and will not be considered. If a duplicate Submission is received by more than one Entrant, the first entry will be used and all duplicate Entries will be void. In the event of a dispute as to any Submission, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the Submission will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder" is the natural person whose email address is associated with the Instagram account associated with the Submission. Any potential winner may be required to show proof that he/she is the authorized account holder. Entrants agree to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share an Instagram account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Submission and that Entrant may be disqualified from the entire Contest.
The three (3) potential winners will be ranked from highest to lowest to receive the first, second and third place prizes. In the event of a tie for the top three (3) Entrants, the Entrant whose Submission received the higher score in the "Suitability of Submission to Contest theme," as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the potential winner for the applicable prize. Sponsor reserves the right to not select any or all winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.
First Place Prize: One (1) “First Place Prize” Winner will receive a Guitar Center gift card in the amount of $15,000.

One (1) “Second Place Prize” Winner will receive a Guitar Center gift card in the amount of $7,500.

Third Place Prize:
One (1) “Third Place Prize” Winner will receive a Guitar Center gift card in the amount of $2,500.

TOTAL ARV of the All Prizes: $25,000
Gift cards are subject to additional terms and conditions. Gift card will be mailed to winner within 2-4 weeks after verification and receipt of proper mailing address. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Guitar Center gift card is redeemable only for merchandise at Guitar Center stores and on guitarcenter.com. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. All federal, state and local taxes on prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
By entering the Contest, Entrants acknowledge that they are familiar with the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1452, which provides as follows:
A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST BE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.
