    Just put on my OCDP Avalon set. I did 2 6" ports on the bottom for recording purposes. Head tunes very well. Gives a nice little punch. All in all another great product in the Evans line up

    recently got it and just the perfect sound i wanted! if you like your bass to be hard and deep this drumhead is the one! no more to say, just try em' out!

  • this head bring live in my Ludwig classic maple

    i wish i had use this head two years back, few days back i put it Onyx on my bass drum and this head bring live in my kick. WOW amazing sounding head. am using 20''. but i just order for my 22'' bass drum am thinking to use kick port also, One ply of 7.5-mil black film will give you warmth sound with define attack, evan used his engineering really well. and will gonna rock for studio recording as well as live.
