Worst picks in a lifetime of guitar playing...

By PATRICK

Comments about Ernie Ball Everlast Delrin Picks 12 Pack (Heavy):

Picked these up on a whim, turned out to be a horrible mistake. Simply put, these picks create a dull pick attack on the strings. They might be ok for only rhythm work. They lessen the definition of picking individual strings and offer no tonal characteristics that are present in other pick choices. They also detract from user feel of hitting each string and the nuances of fine picking. Don't waste your money.

    GREAT PICKS!

Comments about Ernie Ball Everlast Delrin Picks 12 Pack (Heavy):

These picks are awesome! I have both the green heavys and pink mediums and they both glide across the strings on my acoustic and are great with electric too.

Comments about Ernie Ball Everlast Delrin Picks 12 Pack (Heavy):

I like flourescent yellow so I bought these as a goof; unexpectedly these are my favorite picks now despite the color. They have a different feeling than the Dunlop Tortex, sorry but I can't describe it. They seem to make playing more fun. Give 'em a try.

Comments about Ernie Ball Everlast Delrin Picks 12 Pack (Heavy):

These picks are a new offering from legendary string company Ernie Ball. Ernie Ball is known for their great sounding celluloid picks and now they just got into the Delrin business which are great. These version of Delrin pick material from EB is a great feeling, great sounding pick! These are the Heavy version ( .88mm ). They are more flexible than the comparable Dunlop Tortex .88mm (green) picks. The tones are very similar to the Dunlop Tortex but has a smoother, more balanced sound. These comes in a 12-pack and with Ernie Ball's claims of them being wear resistant, a pack might be the only one you need for a while. Feel and tone I would describe these picks to be inbetween the Dunlop Tortex and the Ernie Ball Celluloid.
