I'm on my second six-pack of these strings. I re-string every two weeks or less. I play 2 to 3 days a week for about two hours each session. I love the brightness of new strings as well, but who doesn't? I've tried other makes and models as well. I dunno why I keep coming back to these. Maybe cost? Anyhow, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. I haven't had any breakages while playing. I also don't use picks, so maybe that's why I've not broken one while playing. I don't really dig the color of the strings but for the cost, who really cares? I play rhythm, mostly... I also use them on my electric. Sounds fine and the heavy-ish gauge makes for nicer tone than a thin noodle...
