Custom made for Ernie Ball, this lightweight high-performance XLR microphone cable exhibits excellent resistance to rough handling. The rubber-like PVC jacket is ultra-flexible. Only 100% oxygen-free copper is used for the twin (24-gauge) leads and spiral shielding for ultralow capacitance and a special conductive coating on the XLPE insulation provides ultralow noise.

Great Cable

The Ernie Ball XLRs are some of the best microphone cables I have worked with. The price is excellent, the cables are especially easy to coil but still very durable, and the sound quality is just as good as any high quality cable. Don't be taken in by gold plated connector cables costing several times as much, they may look good but really don't improve sound quality. This cable will last you a long time...

Good cable

I bought a few of these mic cables to use at home and the sound is good. I did not notice any significant performance issues. Overall, these cables are good and versatile.
