Awesome Strings!

I love Ernie Ball strings. They have great tonal quality and give u a nice solid sound. I mean seriously, why else would Eric Clapton and Buddy Guy use these strings?

Too slinky

I bought these because I had heard the rave reviews and I have only ever played D'Addario strings. So I figured I'd at least try them out to see if I like them. They are way too easy to play. Granted, they are excellent strings and you can tell they are quality, but they are just too dainty. If you are used to heavier strings and harder bends, try something else. I'm used to a throatier sound with more bass and mids. These are too trebly for my preference. This does not mean they are bad strings. I suggest for those who like SRV and are into blues to stay away. Bends with Ernie Ball are effortless--almost too effortless. I felt like I wasn't even playing anything. I am glad I tried them however. Now I know what I prefer.

Good price, quick shipment

For my teenage son who goes thru a lot of stings, this is a good deal on a good set(s) of strings. Had the order in about 4 business days. Good telephone service, too. I'd buy them again.

Best Electric Strings On the Market

Personally, I love Ernie Ball strings. They feel fantastic, and are tonally exactly what I look for in a string. The new packaging has been a great boost to the longevity of the strings, and referring to the review below - these strings are great for blues. The person obviously doesnt know what Slinky means. Slinky doesnt mean treble. Clapton, Mayer, Buddy Guy all use them for blues and dont seem to have fits. Ernie Ball strings are awesome IMO.

best strings ever!

This is the only strings i will ever buy again! I put them on and just started to rip! Hard core sound best for metal. easy to clean.
