I ordered this guitar and got it in five days. I've played it quite a bit since then, and I love the sound. The only thing is that the plastic parts on the body are not very high quality, with little chips or malformation here or there. And the guitar has tiny dings in the paint on the back, not sure if it's shipping damage or not. But other than those things, I love the guitar, and the way it sounds. I have been playing for five years, but only started getting serious recently, and love the way it sounds compared to my old guitar, a Johnson. It has four dials which allow you to change the guitar's sound completely, and back in the flick of a switch. I also love the design and the easy system it has to change the strings. I recommend this guitar for anyone who is starting to get serious or starting to get good, as it has a great sound. Probably a good second guitar.

I own this guitar. This is a decent guitar, and it has a great tone. but it does not have great quality. I have took perfect care for it, but the plug in for the cable has screwed off. It is easy to put back on, but it may slip deeper into the body and it would be unreplaceable. If you are starting out this is a great practice guitar, but you must take good care of this guitar or it will fall apart.

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul 100 Electric Guitar:

Bought the LP 100 in 2014. After 1 yr, the plug-in jack became loose with eventual loss of any sound through amplifier. Took it back to dealer for repair. 6-8 mo later again no sound through the amp.

Solid feeling, good tone, and easy to play. It has a lot of control over the output, giving you lots of options to play any type of music. I'm in a country band, playing local gigs. it blended well with the other guitars in our group.

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul 100 Electric Guitar:

The ceramic 8 pickups are an improvement and don't sound too bad alone. If you add some effects it can sound REALLY good . Again , with the proper effects , on clean it can sound almost like P90's . Dirty , it'll knock the socks off your feet ( not surprising ).. It's a :
          Les Paul !
          Crank it to 11...
Oh, and the sustain lasts for days..
You could hear it now, if I were playing it ...

Comments about Epiphone Les Paul 100 Electric Guitar:

I'm not a great fan of buying guitars "blind" online. I've sent a few back after getting them and finding out they weren't that great. You won't have this problem with this guitar. It feels and acts like a high dollar Les Paul, but at a very affordable price. It has a great feel, great sound, and the case I ordered with it is top shelf. You won't be sorry if you buy this guitar.
