This case is a perfect fit for my Hummingbird Pro. I also love the old fashioned look. Though I have not owned it for long it seems to be very durable.

Great salesperson - very satisfied

By

from New Iberia, La.

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

I wish the salesperson's name was on the reciept because I have to admit I cannot remember his name right at this moment and that is ashame. You see the actual salesperson that answered the phone and listen to what I was calling for put me on hold and did not come back. I was on hold for a while and did not want to hang up because it was the week before Christmas and I wanted to place my order asap. Another salesperson picked up the line and was able to help me right away. I was looking for a epiphone guitar case for my son who had just recieved an epiphone acoustic guitar as a gift and I really didn't know what I should actually get. The salesperson that eventually picked up the line reccommended the edread dreadnought hard case shell and when I received it I immediately opened the box and it was an extremely nice guitar case. I could have not done a better job than if I had been there myself to pick it out. Thank you so very much to the gentleman who helped me. You made the phone sale experience very pleasant and stress free. I do apologize for not remembering your name. Sincerely, Adrienne

Perfect Fit

By

from Centennial, CO

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

This case is a bit heavy, but will protect your axe very well. The guitar fits it like a hand-in-glove: snug. The plush lining is also generous, and there's plenty of room for accessories. The handle is beefy, and should hold up well over time. I defiitely recommend getting this to keep your guitar safe from the elements and inadvertant collisions.

Very Nice Case

By

from Hawthorne, NJ

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

This case fits my Epi Hummingbird and Masterbilt DR-500mce great. Got a lot of compliments on the beautiful case with the brown edging and brass hardware. The interior is very soft, and holds the guitar very snug. Well worth the money and looks great just around the house.

Great case

By

from Orlando, Florida

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

Bought this to protect my acoustic from the US to Europe. No problems. It travels well. It did a good job of protecting my guitar, which is what it is supposed to do. It's nicely made with a decent size box Inside for storing leads, picks etc. Plenty of space around the guitar for a strap or other items without them moving around and scratching the finish. Overall good case for the money.

Solid case

By

from Kalamazoo, MI

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

Fits a dr-500mce pretty well. even has a little cutout in the side so the electronics fit. plush interior so no worries about scratches. good sized compartment for extra strings, capo, tuner ect. About 4 inches of space between the headstock and the top of the case but that's not a big deal. I've already written more than is necessary... it's a good case and it'll protect my guitar.

The EDread Case fits the DR-500MCE

By

from Casa Grande, AZ

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

I bought the Epiphone DR-500MCE and a Gigbag at Guitar Center. After using the Gigbag, I decided I needed a hard shell case to protect this outstanding guitar but I didn't know which case to buy. Epiphone's website was no help and Guitar Center suggestion was to bring the guitar in and try different cases. I read the reviews for this case and one guy said it fit his DR-500MCE so I ordered it. It was right. I was concerned about the elections on the side of the guitar but this case has a cut out for them. It's about 3 or 4 inches too long but it fits the body perfectly, including the electronics. I can live with the end of the case sticking out 3 inches or so past the head of the guitar. It is a very plush case and will protect the guitar nicely. It's a very strong case and looks great!

Nice!

By

from Peoria IL.

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

Very nice, solid, and a little heavy. I feel my guitar is very well protected in the plush interior with a large storage box below the neck. I have a Epiphone Masterbilt DR-500mce and it fits great. The case is a bit taller than the masterbilt but fits the body perfectly. I had the case in GC the other day and got some compliments on its style. If your checkin this out I say buy it.

Nice Case

By

from Dayton Ohio

Comments about Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case:

i have had my case for a couple of weeks now. this is the perfect case for my epiphone hummingbird. the fit is nice and the inside grey color sets off the bright colors on the guitar. it has a deep storage area i loaded with a set of strings, slide, capo, pick case, cleaning rag and a big honking strap. it is quite a capable dreadnaught case. like the others have mentioned, the case looks attractive being black with brown accents. my only concern is with the handle brackets. i tend to handle cases roughly, so i am afraid i may break them. they look thin, but time will tell. best of all...my sobbish friends think it looks cool!
