Go Wylde without going broke.

Maybe you've lusted after Gibson's Zakk Wylde signature model but lacked the cash to buy one. Well, here's the Epiphone Zakk Wylde Les Paul Custom Electric Guitar, a more affordable alternative. It's equipped with sizzling USA EMG HZ- H4 and H4A humbuckers, glorious gold hardware, mahogany body wood, hard maple set neck with rosewood fretboard, and Zakk's signature bull's-eye paint job. The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and LockTone stopbar tailpiece add more sustain and make string changing a breeze.

EMG HZ-H4
Combining the power of active EMG-81 with the soul of a passive PAF, the tone is well balanced, with tight bass, glassy mids, and crunchy highs. These great tonal features are achieved by utilizing over wound coils loaded with ceramic bar magnets, all fully shielded for minimal noise. In the bridge position, the H4 shines with excellent range, responsiveness and sweet harmonics, perfect for a big rock or heavy modern sound.

EMG HZ-H4A

Endowed with warmth, body and clarity, the H4A is a very versatile pickup and is perfect for everything from blues to rock to metal. The tone is very well-balanced, with solid bass, pronounced mids, and fat highs. These great tonal features are achieved by utilizing vintage wound coils loaded with Alnico V bar magnets, all fully shielded for minimal noise. The H4A in the neck position, with its cousin, the H4, offers a perfect balance of tones. The H4A shines with superb clarity, full body, and delicate responsiveness which will suit almost any style or mood.

Man, I went to guitar center for the first time and I tried a lot of guitars but this one caught my eye and as soon as I plugged it in, I was blown away, the neck was smooth as butter, the tuners aren't hard to tune and the strings stay in tune, the bridge was beautiful and I love the paint job on this, the EMG's do most of the work making this guitar fit for a god, I love this guitar, it's worth the money

the mapel neck is so smouth the hand practicly melts to it, its so easy to slide your hand from one position to the next. for electric it resinates very well with out an amp, so you could practice in your room with out and amp and still hear your self. although its a bit on the heavy side for some thats nothin a strap and strap loock can fix. ALL 'N' ALL THIS IS MY FAV. GUITAR ....FEEL,SOUND LOOKS,PLAYABILATY ...5STARS IS A LOW RATING FOR THIS GUITAR IT SOULD BE LIKE AT LEAST A 10

Two words: MUST BUY!!!! This guitar is incredible. You may think since its not the Gibson version that it might be terrible, but this guitar is better than any Gibson I've ever played. The only thing that I had to change was the pickups. They give you EMG HZ's and I had to get the EMG 81/85 set on it.With that setup and my Marshall tube amp I am set for life!
