Definitely Happy

This is a great guitar I love how epiphone makes quality guitars at affordable prices. Before this guitar I had the sg g310 but I sold it for college. When I realized I needed a guitar again I upgraded to the g400 and I'm extremely glad I did. With the look of nickel plated humbuckers and pearl board inlaid frets this guitar looks as good as it plays and it plays great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, which the guitar alone deserves, is the rest of the stuff. The amp is kind of wimpy for such a nice guitar even though the reverb is a nice touch for it but I guess I'm just used to more power, my old amp had 200 watts, but if I did it again I would just buy everything else separate and play this guitar through an amp it deserves. Also the headphones are good and bad because they're actually a little small and they're kinda cheap ones but they have a nice long cord for them so that's a plus. I'm not sure how I feel about the tuner yet, I might have to buy a korg digital like my old one becaue this one is kinda simple but if you don't really care then it works just fine. Although if you're just starting out this is an excellent package to pick up and learn on or if you're a poor college student like me and can't afford anything better. Whether you buy the package or everything separately, you will not be sorry you bought this guitar.

Great guitar for the price

This is a great guitar from my point of view. The humbuckers are great and the guitar itself looks exactly like the ones they used in the 60s. The tuner sucks and the amp should have more watts. Not loud enough. The headphones are great and the cable is nice and long. I also have a Les Paul Ultra 2 and I think that this one sounds just as great. The guitar looks great, plays great, and is just all in one. Everyone should buy this guitar and you won't regret a thing!!!
