  • Steve Lyman loves the Epi!

As reviewed by Steve Lyman on 10/3/2010

This guitar has by far the best plugged in sound of any acoustic ever. I gave up trying to mic my Gibsons for studio apps years ago. Plugged in direct was just as bad-started using a solid body 12 string to try to mock acoustic sound. NO MORE! Bought this guitar for gigs and now use it in the studio. Thank God for this new pick up system Epiphone has. It sounds sooooo good, you won't believe it. The pick up system in this makes crap of fishman and everything else on the market. Gibson needs to get this pick up system in their guitars ASAP and then I'd buy another Gibson. Get one- you'll hear it immediately! It's the only true acoustic sounding plugged in guitar ever. If it's sound you are after, this is the best. Blend the two pickups and you got it! no more "tinny" sounding Bullcrap. Totally the sound you always wanted but couldn't quite get. It's Beautiful. Decent playability too.

  • Amazing guitar

As reviewed by Kylee on 8/10/2011

This guitar is definitely worth buying. It is so easy to play; you can smoothly slide your fingers up and down the neck and you always have a clean strum and pick. Amazing guitar for a price just right.
