Made to be played LOUD!

If you love it louder than Hell, then you're never too young to fall in love with Epiphone's Nikki Sixx Blackbird electric bass guitar. The original, "DeepSixx" humbuckers are directly mounted for more crunch, and, combined with a simple on/off toggle switch, help you recreate the distinct sound of Mötley Crüe's glory days. Another innovative feature is the Opti-Grab device which helps with balancing this neck-heavy Epiphone bass while ripping off chunks of easily sustainable basslines. Aesthetically, it's no surprise the dark-haired legend went with a pitch black body with black hardware, adding iron crosses along the tapered neck fretboard as well as a specially designed pickguard. Bring this electric bass home sweet home for less with this great deal.

NEW REVIEW - OMG Sixx has done it again

Ok I absolutley love this bass ive seen the Crue about 10 times now and Ive always seen Nikki with a T-bird but I saw this new thing and it is amazing I love the deep tones and sound it puts out with distortion it sounds simply amazing. So naturally I went and bought it I plugged her in to 1 of my amps and ripped out a couple of songs from other bands and it still sounds amazing but if your and avid Crue fan then this is the bass for you its extremely versitle and can do just about anything under the Metal rainbow. All in all this a great bass for experienced players and Crue fans. Besides its very cheap for a signature model.

Great For Rock

I got this bass about 2 months ago and i love it, when im playing metal or hard rock. It has a great deep sound and i love the no knob part about it it has one on off switch but if you play anything but hard rock or metal, get a thunderbird. Thats my other bass and it sounds great.
