Made to be played LOUD!

If you love it louder than Hell, Epiphone's Nikki Sixx Blackbird electric bass guitar is the axe for you. A pair of DeepSixx humbuckers give it thunderous output, especially since they are wired direct and have an on/off toggle as the only control. There's no volume knob—it's either full on or turned off. Another innovative feature is the Opti-Grab device which lets you solidly anchor your hand while picking at the bridge to get that hard drive. Black finish, black hardware, black pickguard, and iron cross inlays give it the signature Sixx look.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

  • Great Bass Godly

As reviewed by CrueHeadCarp on 8/13/2009

What got me to want this bass in the 1st place was my love for Motley Crue and Nikki Sixx its awsome its got the Dual Deep Sixx pickups and the no tone or volume control makes it easy to play since u dont have to hassle with it and the pinky holder is great for people to like to pick and it helps counter the weight its a great bass totally worth the buy it looks and sounds great it a steal at its price so get while you can

  • Very Nice

This bass has everything wanted for a rock player. The toggle switch makes it easy to get that rock 'n' roll sound. Frets play easily. The only downside is it is a bit on the heavy side. But, the heaviness is definitely worth it!

  • Blackbird

As reviewed by Steve on 8/3/2010

I've always loved the Thunderbird series and wanted to see what Nikki Sixx would bring to the table. I wasn't let down at all. This bass has the slim neck and body as all do but it seems to be a bit lighter. The main difference is the pickups which are very hot and the lack of control knobs. I mean who needs that anyway? haha. There is a also a little handle thing on the bottom Nikki uses to hold the bass during shows. Haven't got that one down yet. How much do I like this? It's my second one.
