OUTSTANDING!

All solid wood, old style Grover tuners, the diamond shaped inlays on the frets, etc. The satin finish allows the sound to resonate better than that of a "glossy" finish, producing rich, full lows and bright, crisp highs. Even though I'm not a pro...I'm HIGHLY familiar with what makes a good or bad guitar. (I've been around the block more than a few times.) If you want a different all solid wood guitar that sounds this good, spend $900, or more ($$$) on a Martin. The only thing I did was to change the strings. Everyone has thier own taste in that. They don't call it MASTERBILT for nothin'!

Love at first sight

I bought this guitar because of the way it looked and sounded and felt. It has become my main guitar I like better than my Martin or Taylor. You cant go wrong with this guitar!

The Guitar World's Best Kept Secret

The Epi Masterbilt is comparable to guitars that cost 3x as much.I replaced the Grover tuners with Klusons which I felt was this guitar's weekest point. No contest, there is not a guitar in this price range that compares to the Masterbilt's rich bass, sweet treble and many that cost more can't stand up to the Epiphone Masterbilt.

Amazing

I play in an acoustic band and was so impressed with this guitar that I had to go and get one. It feels very comfortable and the sound is amazing easily compared to many martin or taylors which I am not a huge fan of. I am looking to put a nice pick up in it and start using it as my main guitar. If u are looking into getting a new acoustic pls try this before u dump 1,000 on a martin or taylor
