WOW!!!!!!

I just picked this guitar up yesterday and all I can say is WOW. I did not expect it to sound as well as my Gibson does, but I was really surprised when it sounded just as good. Most of the time I'm very picky about the pickups on a guitar, so I tend to switch them out really quick, but with these they sound amazing. The other Epiphone guitars that I have owned, I always noticed that the attention to detail wasn't all that great, but when going over this entire guitar, I honestly cannot find one complaint about it. Hope this helps any of you guys looking to buy this guitar, because trust me it's worth the money.

A Damn Fine Les

Went into GC today, saw this thing right when I came through the door. I looks like a striaght classic; gold hardware and beautiful black finish. But this thing isn't just a looker, it's a real fine axe. I ran it through a Peavey moddling amp and tried it out on every single setting and the guitar fit them all great. It growled and crunched away on the distorted channels but was clear and bright on the cleans. The action was a little high for my tastes, but that can be adjusted easily. I love the Les Paul and this guitar is absolutely going to be my next one!

Punchy and Crunchy Axe

Went to guitar center today with my drummer friend to buy some skins. Found this guitar hung up real high, not even a fingerprint on it. Plugged it in and it was over. Wasnt going to let this guitar get out of my hands. Its made in their custom shop in china(dont let this worry you). It really has no cheap flaws at all. They paid attention to detail with this line and the yellow binding is stunning. The rosewood fretboard and frets are exceptional to say the least. The pickups were designed by epiphone usa and I must say they sound as good as some of the duncans I have. If your looking to get a paul type without spending 2200 you should check this baby out without a doubt.
