NEW REVIEW - Not Amazing
I bought this guitar, it was my first guitar, and it has alot of really good features. For starters, it has a nice tone. One issue is that the volume gets messed up. But otherwise, a nice started guitar.

Excellent Epiphone!
I must say, this Epiphone Les Paul is a great buy! I actually bought mine a few years back and when I first saw the price and played it, I was stunned. When I got mine though I did get my neck adjusted alittle bit, nothing to major but its great!!! My friends ask how much I payed for this and they are shocked! I would say this guitar is for anyone! Everything else is great, the sound, the feel, oh man! FANTASTIC GUITAR! I dont think anyone will be sorry after buying this guitar =)

Good Starter guitar
This guitar is geared more towards beginners but dont let that fool you it can kick out some great tones. It feels good in hand and provides a variety of sounds. I also like the option of the different colors to choose from. It features two humbuckers and it will stay in tune for weeks. I strongly recommend this guitar.

Good Starter
I've had my Epiphone Les Paul Special II for about 8 weeks now, and man its nice. The pics don't even come close to show you nice this guitar is. I have the Heritage Cherry Sunburst, The pick ups are not all that, but i added some emg's and man the sound is great!! With a little work on the neck (The strings buzz sometimes) and pick ups( I use zakk wylde emg set, with an Marshall mg30dfx amp and MXR ZW-44 Wylde Overdrive Pedal). You can't find a better guitar for the money, this is by far the best starter out there in my book.

this Guitar is a steal
i just bought this guitar and it is absolutely under priced. The only downfall it has is staying in tune, so, i spent $35 for grover machine heads and it sounds as good as a gibson. i payed $185 dollars in all and it plays and sounds just as good as its bigger brothers. Its a great deal. I have been playing guitar for 15 years and have never found a guitar so good for such a great price.

More than I had hoped!
I picked up mu LP II 2 weeks ago and have become a recluse. It's tone, it's sustain and overall quality is all and more than I hoped for. All the folks that I know who play are amazed at the looks and quality of sound this little monster has.

Great guitar for low price
this guitar is awesome!!! I recomend this guitar for beginers. This guitar is great with distortion. This guitar also has a nice look. the only problem i have some times is the bottom string does some wierd things some times but not very often. The les paul spacial 2 is well worth the money.

Can't beat this with a stick!
This is a great guitar. You'd have to spend a bunch more before you could start to notice a difference in tone. This guitar's sustain is great. Although I have numerous other guitars, this is the one that's on my guitar stand and the one I grab when I don't have the time or inclination to pull one of my higher end guitars out of it's case or wipe it down after using it. I just grab this Epi, play it hard and stick it back on it's stand. It takes the abuse without any complaints and it always sounds great.

UNBELIEVABLE!
This guitar is absolutely amazing! I've played Gibson Les Paul axes, Fender Telecasters, Gretch A42 guitars, just about everything. This is one of the best guitars I have played in a long time!
Whether you're just starting out, or an experienced player, I recommend this guitar, with the utmost confidence!
